The CASA AGAVE® Sustainable Dish Brush is your eco-friendly solution to replace plastic dish brushes in the kitchen. This versatile, removable-head dish brush features a Moso bamboo or white teakwood handle with stiff, vegan agave fiber bristles that are tough on grease and dirt but gentle on your dishes. It’s designed with a metal wire to secure the bristles and includes a small loop at the end for easy hanging to dry.

Longevity & Care
Each brush head can last for 1-3 months, depending on use and proper care. To maximize its lifespan, avoid soaking or submerging the wooden parts in water to prevent cracking. After use, hang the brush to dry in a dry spot. If needed, you can oil the handle to prevent damage from frequent wetting.

Once the bristles wear down or the brush head falls apart, simply replace the head—helping you reuse the handle for an extended period. You can compost or bury the used head in your garden, or dispose of it in a green waste bin. If you notice mold or bacteria growth, replace the brush to ensure hygiene.

Ingredients / Materials

Bamboo grown without pesticides. Agave fiber (plant fiber) bristles. Metal staples to hold the bristles. Sealed with a water-based polyurethane (non-plastic synthetic material similar to rubber) varnish.

Agave Fiber: CASA AGAVE® agave fiber bristles are grown, harvested, sun-dried and processed in Mexico using traditional techniques to ensure a high quality and strong natural fiber.

Once worn out, the bamboo and agave parts can be composted or buried in the garden, the silver metal parts can be recycled. The bristles are held in with small metal staples so you will need to fish those out of the compost or garden soil later.
